This document outlines the rules and conditions governing the use of the 10w40 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective: 1 January 2026. These Terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 10w40 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Continued use of the 10w40 platform following any amendment to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the terms currently in effect.
The 10w40 platform is restricted to users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 10w40 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 10w40 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid email address, and an active phone number. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. 10w40 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials. Users are prohibited from:
- Using bots, automated software, or any unauthorised means to access the platform
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account
- Performing any action that compromises the integrity of the system or the security of other users
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through multiple account creation or other fraudulent means
3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 10w40 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring they use a valid payment method registered in their own name.
Deposits made via unauthorised methods or using third-party accounts without permission may result in the deposit being frozen and the account closed. 10w40 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time as part of the verification process.
For withdrawals, users must ensure their bank account name matches the name registered on their 10w40 profile. Withdrawal requests that do not meet this requirement may be delayed until verification is complete. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to rollover requirements stated separately in their respective promotional terms. Failing to meet the rollover requirements prior to withdrawal may result in the bonus credits being forfeited.
4. Liability Limitations & Account Suspension Policy
10w40 is not liable for any financial losses, loss of profits, business disruption, or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform — including technical outages, system errors, or unexpected downtime.
The 10w40 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be completely error-free at all times.
10w40 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account under the following circumstances:
- Identity verification failed or information provided found to be false
- Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system abuse
- Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
- Requests from relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law
- Account inactive beyond the specified period with no transaction activity
In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, 10w40 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the disputed activity pending completion of the investigation.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
All content on the 10w40 platform — including text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, icons, software code, and overall design — is the exclusive property of 10w40 and is protected under applicable copyright law. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The 10w40 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Such links are provided for convenience only and do not imply that 10w40 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Users who access external links do so at their own risk.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate Malaysian courts.
10w40 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
